Q: How do I open my digital download?

All digital downloads will be sent using a compressed ZIP file. It’s recommended to unzip the file using a desktop or laptop computer as some mobile devices and tablets will not support this file type. To unzip the file:

  • Mac Users: Double-click the zipped file in the finder. All files will be extracted and placed in a new folder with the same name as the zip file.
  • Window Users: Once downloaded, right-click the file and select extract. The files should be removed from the zip and placed into a new folder.
  • Mobile Devices (not recommended): Some mobile devices allow you to press and hold the zipped file icon and then click “extract”. If that doesn’t work, you may need an app to unzip the product like FileExplorer Free. This app will allow you to unzip the folder to access it.

Q: What is the best way to print my digital download?

Each product has unique printing recommendations.

Five hours after your purchase, you should have gotten an email from us with a subject like that starts with “Did you get your…”. Please refer to the printing recommendations outlined in that email. 

Q: I didn’t get an email with my digital product that I just purchased. What do I do?

If you did not receive an email, here’s what you can do:

  • Check your spam or promotional folders in your email. If you find it in one of those folders, follow these instructions to whitelist the email address to prevent this issue in the future.
  • Be patient. Orders are typically processed within one (1) hour but could take as long as twenty four (24) hours to complete.
  • There’s a chance you may have mistyped your email address. In that case, please send us a message

Q: I’m trying to leave a review, but I’m not sure how. Can you show me?

We love hearing your feedback and experience with our products, so thank you in advance for taking the time to leave a review. It’s actually pretty easy once you know where to go, so we’ll show you how:

  • First, go to the product you purchased in our store. You can use the search bar or refer to your order confirmation email for quick access.
  • Next, scroll down past the product description, social share icons and “you may also like” section.
  • Click the white “write a review” button and you’ll see a form dropdown. 
  • Fill that out and click submit. Voila! You left a review 🙂
