Arrange fruit on plate to represent a rainbow in the following order from bottom to top: red grapes, blueberries, kiwi, pineapple, oranges and strawberries. Place bananas on left side to make it look like a cloud.
Dip Instructions:
Mix together cream cheese, yogurt, powdered sugar, orange juice concentrate, vanilla and marshmallow puff in a small bowl.
Add food coloring to make the dip look like a pot of gold (a few drops of yellow and just one drop of red is what I used).
Put dip in a small serving bowl and place at the bottom of the rainbow for your pot of gold! (There will be extra dip, but save for later).
