- ½ cup raw rice
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 can bean sprouts
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 soup can of water
- Brown meat, rice, celery and onion with soy sauce in a large pot.
- Add soup, water, water chestnuts and sprouts.
- Pour into casserole dish and bake at 350 for one hour.
