Ingredients
  • ½ cup raw rice
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 can bean sprouts
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 soup can of water
Instructions
  1. Brown meat, rice, celery and onion with soy sauce in a large pot.
  2. Add soup, water, water chestnuts and sprouts.
  3. Pour into casserole dish and bake at 350 for one hour.
