Ingredients
1 lb. ground turkey
1 cup dry Italian bread crumbs
½ cup finely chopped onion
¾ tsp. dried oregano leaves
½ tsp. salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
8 oz. tomato sauce
1 egg, slightly beaten
• 9 oz package frozen spinach, thawed, well drained
• ¾ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
In large bowl, with your hands or wooden spoon, combine turkey, bread crumbs, onion, oregano, salt, Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce and egg. Mix well.
Spray large piece of foil with non-stick cooking spray. Shape turkey into an eight by 12-inch rectangle on foil. Place spinach evenly on top of turkey mixture; sprinkle with cheese.
Using foil to lift meat, roll up tightly, starting at short end. Remove foil.
Carefully place in baking pan, seam side down. Press gently to seal ends. Bake 1 hour or until turkey is browned.
