If you have a smaller family and don't want to be eating left-overs, or if you just want to make a freezer meal, it's easy to do. Line a cookie sheet with dry wax paper and put your raw, unbaked meatballs on it. Freeze for 4-6 hours, then place in freezer bags. The sauce can be poured into a freezer bag or container and frozen as well. Use within 2 months.
