25 Days of Holiday Treats: Pumpkin Pie Shake; Under 200 Calories per serving!
Milkshake + pumpkin = oh heavenly goodness!!! This milkshake is SO good and it is less than 200 calories! From my calculations, it is about 192 calories—not bad for a decadent milkshake. It is perfectly sweet but it doesn’t give you that overstuffed, awful feeling that an unhealthy milkshake gives you. This one is a definite MUST-TRY for this holiday season!

Ingredients:
- 1 1/3 cups coconut milk
- 4 Tbsp. canned pumpkin
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. pumpkin spice, ground
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 5 ice cubes
Directions:
Place all ingredients except the cinnamon in the blender and blend well.
Sprinkle cinnamon on top and serve immediately. Â Enjoy!
