Super Bowl Sunday Menu Ideas
Super Bowl Sunday is coming soon and I can’t tell you how excited I am! Even if you aren’t a football fan, watch it for the awesome commercials and for the amazing food that is about to be consumed. After all, Super Bowl food is unlike any other!
The menu for Super Bowl Sunday should be themed around finger foods! If you are hosting this year or heading over to a friend’s house, there is no reason you should be slaving away in the kitchen preparing a four-course meal. Keep it simple and keep it good! Here are some suggestions for your Super Bowl Sunday menu:
Crock-Pot Chicken Wings:
I originally found this recipe on Food.com and I have to say that these were so good they fell right off the bone!
Spicy Crock-Pot Chicken Wings

Serves: 4- 20 wings
Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1½ cups bottled barbecue sauce
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 teaspoons prepared mustard (regular or spicy)
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Spread wings in a single layer on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Mix sauce ingredients until thoroughly mixed.
- Broil wings, 4 inches away from heat, until nicely browned (about 10 minutes).
- Turn wings, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and broil until browned as above.
- Place browned wings in a crockpot.
- Pour sauce over wings.
- Cook 2½ hours on high or 4-5 hours on low.
